This project was carried out in 2017 for FWP/ Park Tower Knightsbridge Hotel London.

To strip out existing redundant kitchen extract canopies and remove from site.To design, manufacture bespoke stainless steal canopies c/w grease traps, grease baffle filters and vapour sealed LED underlighting. To design and maunufacture bespoke galvanised supply and extract Ductwork and modify existing to suit new proposed design.

This project was delivered on time and budget to a very demanding deadline due to crucial shut down period of the main kitchen for the hotel.
