Peak Production Equipment Ltd

This Project was carried out in 2018 direct to Peak Production in Letchworth Garden City Hertfordshire.

Ground Floor  

To provide installation of a full HVAC Heat recovery and Air conditioning Ducted unit system serving the new ESD Controlled Area. This system consists of the filterted, fresh air ventilation side, with Fujitsu heat recovery units c/w Attenuators, in-line heater batteries for winter conditions, spirally wound Galvanised Ductwork, VCD's, Flexable connections to the supply diffuser grilles in the ceiling. The air conditioning side consists of Fujitsu Ducted air conditioning units c/w out door condenser units providing heating and cooling to the occupied area via galvanised insulated Ductwork to diffuser grilles in the ceiling.The system was fully tested, balanced and commissioned on completion before hand over.

Mezz Floor  

To provide installation of a supply and extraction system c/w HELIOS in-line filter, in-line axial fans, heater battery, attenuators, ranges of galvanised Ductwork with double deflection grilles providing tempered filtered fresh air with return air to provide the appropreate air changes required. This system was totally automatic with tempreture thermastat contrlled system to maintain a constant tempreture required.The system was fully tested, balanced and commissioned on completion before hand over.

Peak Production was very happy with the HVAC system installed and provided us with additional works in their buiding.
